AniMare Restaurant & Bar

AniMare Restaurant serves ancestral Colombian cuisine from the Caribbean and Pacific coasts, created by Executive Chef Heberto Eljach. The dining room seats 70 guests with both indoor and garden tables. Breakfast for hotel guests runs from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Lunch and dinner service (12:00 PM to 11:00 PM) is open to the public.
